You have 10 days from receipt to return your merchandise unless an offer or promotion indicates returns are not accepted.

Question: How do I send books to someone as a gift?
When completing the online form, put your name as the bill-to person and the gift recipient’s name as the ship-to address. This ensures that you will get the invoice and the giftee will get the books!

Question: Am I logged on to your website?
Your user name will appear on the top of each page. It will say " You're logged in as username |  Logout". 

Shipping

USA
The shopping cart provides U.S. Postal Service Media Mail rates. These rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight of your order in conjunction with the shipping address of your order.

U.S. Postal Service
Media Mail is available for books and generally delivers in 5 to 10 days, sometimes much sooner. 
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery to the continental U.S.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Canada
Orders will be shipped to Canada via International First Class via the U.S. Postal Service.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for postal delivery to Canada.

International
Please contact us for postage rates at customerservice@nononsenseguides.com or call us at 520-547-2462 to discuss international shipping rates. Please allow up to 8 weeks for postal delivery of foreign orders.
